  These people are mismanaged to the extreme. The problems have been endless since we have spent over $10k to get a lift installed in our van. Don't get wrong, the sales lady was wonderful and the receptionist is a doll. But we have given them chance after chance and every thing has malfuntioned. Today, the key to turn on and off the lift quit working in the on position at a few minutes before 4 pm, during their business hours (open til 5 pm) and they had nobody on staff to fix it and wanted to charge us $150 extra to bring in someone during their own business hours to fix it. Needless to say, we took it to our local mechanic Sparks Auto in Westland who we've been seeing for years and have fixed other problems that were caused by Advantage.
